This DVD is excellent for both novice sling users and sling addicts alike. I have been using some types of slings for a while now but learnt a lot from this. The DVD is set out in 4 sections, one for each type of sling, and within each section it is broken down into introduction, positions, troubleshooting etc making it very easy to go straight to a specific bit you want to view again. The four ladies on the DVD are very enthusiastic and knowledgable about babywearing, and the different carrying positions are demonstrated and explained in a very straightforward way. This DVD shows just how to get the most out of any sling and ensures that you are using it correctly.
A fantastic babywearing resource that I know I will refer to again and again.
