Babyhawk Mei Tai Baby Carrier

I bought a Babyhalk Mei Tai carrier a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it! It's really easy to put on, super comfortable and my 3 month old loves it. I wore it for a couple of hours the first time and didn't feel any aching or discomfort in my shoulders or back. (I've only tried the front-carry so far.)
The head support is comfy and even when it's not folded down it allows baby to move her head and look around.
I also like the fact that it's reversible - I wear it with the patterned side outwards but my husband prefers the plain side...
